Every purchase supports women artisans, preserves Sindh's cultural heritage, and promotes sustainable livelihoods. This policy explains how orders are placed, processed, confirmed, and tracked until they reach your doorstep.

1. Placing an Order

Ordering from SHE is simple and secure:

1. Browse our collections and select your preferred products.
2. Add the items to your shopping cart.
3. Proceed to checkout.
4. Enter your billing and shipping information.
5. Select your preferred payment method.
6. Review your order before confirming payment.

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email or SMS.

2. Payment Options

We offer secure payment options for both domestic and international customers. Depending on your location, available payment methods may include:

• Credit and debit cards
• Bank transfer
• Mobile wallets
• Digital payment gateways
• Cash on Delivery (COD) within eligible areas of Pakistan

For selected high-value orders or bulk purchases, SHE may require partial or full advance payment before processing the order.

Payment verification may take 1–2 business days, depending on the payment method used.

3. Order Confirmation

After your order is placed:

• You will receive an automated order confirmation.
• Our Customer Support team may contact you to verify your order if additional confirmation is required.
• Once payment has been verified, where applicable, your order will move to processing and packaging.

Customers are encouraged to review their confirmation details and notify us immediately if any corrections are required.

4. Handmade & Made-to-Order Products

Many SHE products are handcrafted in small batches or made to order by skilled women artisans.

As a result:

• Certain products may require additional production time.
• Estimated production times will be communicated where applicable.
• Slight variations in colour, embroidery, weaving, texture, or dimensions are natural characteristics of artisan-made products.

5. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may be longer during:

• National holidays
• Festivals
• Promotional campaigns
• High-demand periods
• Artisan production cycles

If additional time is required, customers will be notified as soon as possible.

6. Product Availability

While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, some handcrafted products are available only in limited quantities.

If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we may:

• Offer a similar product of equal quality and value.
• Offer an alternative colour or design.
• Inform you of the expected production timeline.
• Issue a full refund if no suitable alternative is accepted.

We will always contact you before making any substitution.

7. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it enters production, packaging, or shipment.

Orders cannot usually be cancelled once:

• Production has started.
• Packaging has been completed.
• The shipment has been dispatched.

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

SHE reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of:

• Product unavailability.
• Pricing errors.
• Payment verification failure.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where payment has already been received, an appropriate refund will be processed.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

• Shipping confirmation
• Courier service details
• Tracking number
• Estimated delivery timeframe

You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided through the courier's online tracking system or through the order-tracking section of our website.

9. Tracking Updates

Order status generally follows these stages:

4. Handcrafted / Production, where applicable
5. Packed
6. Shipped
7. In Transit
8. Out for Delivery
9. Delivered

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.

10. Delays

Although we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to:

• Artisan production schedules
• Payment verification
• Product availability
• Courier delays
• Customs inspections
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Force majeure events

We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed whenever significant delays occur.

11. International Orders

International customers are responsible for complying with the customs, import, and tax regulations of their destination country.

Customs inspections may occasionally extend delivery times beyond our estimated shipping schedule.

SHE is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or other government agencies.

12. Incorrect Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all billing, shipping, and contact information provided during checkout is complete and accurate.

SHE shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
