Welcome to SHE – Satrang Handicraft Enterprise (“SHE”), the flagship social enterprise of Pahel Pakistan – An Initiative for Inclusive Human Development. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms govern all purchases made through our online store.

1. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase our products. An order is considered accepted only when you receive:

• An order confirmation email or SMS;
• An on-screen confirmation message; and
• A system-generated order number.

All orders remain subject to:

• Product availability;
• Successful payment authorization or verification, where applicable; and
• Review and acceptance by SHE.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee product availability or immediate dispatch.

2. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order at any time before the order enters production, packaging, or dispatch.

Orders cannot normally be cancelled once they have been:

• Packed for shipment;
• Handed over to the courier; or
• Dispatched.

Customized, personalized, corporate, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

SHE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Product unavailability;
• Pricing or product information errors;
• Technical or system errors;
• Payment authorization failure;
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity;
• Incomplete or incorrect customer information;
• Legal or regulatory requirements; or
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where payment has already been received for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be processed using the original payment method.

3. Product Availability

Our products are handcrafted by skilled women artisans, and many are produced in limited quantities.

Although we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels, product availability cannot be guaranteed at the time an order is placed.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been confirmed, we may:

• Offer a similar product of equal or higher quality;
• Offer an alternative colour or design;
• Inform you of the expected production timeline; or
• Provide a full refund if no suitable alternative is accepted.

We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before making any substitution.

4. Handmade Product Characteristics

Every SHE product is individually handcrafted using traditional techniques and natural materials.

Minor variations in the following are inherent characteristics of handmade products:

• Colour;
• Embroidery;
• Weaving;
• Texture;
• Natural fibres;
• Dimensions; or
• Pattern placement.

These variations reflect the authenticity and individuality of each handcrafted product and should not be considered manufacturing defects.

5. Pricing & Typographical Errors

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, photographs, and prices published on our website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

SHE reserves the right to:

• Correct pricing or content errors;
• Refuse or cancel affected orders; or
• Withdraw products from sale without prior notice.

If payment has already been processed for an order affected by an error, a full refund will be issued promptly using the original payment method.

6. Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Times Within Pakistan

International Orders

Most international orders are delivered within 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and courier operations.

All delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

7. Liability for Delays

While SHE makes every reasonable effort to process and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Courier or logistics disruptions;
• Customs inspections;
• Severe weather conditions;
• Natural disasters;
• Public holidays;
• Political or civil disturbances;
• Government restrictions;
• Internet or communication outages; or
• Other force majeure events.

SHE shall not be liable for losses, damages, or expenses arising from such delays.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

• Billing and shipping information is complete and accurate;
• Contact information is kept up to date;
• Someone is available to receive the shipment where required; and
• Applicable customs regulations in the destination country are observed.

Additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including product designs, photographs, graphics, logos, text, videos, catalogues, trademarks, and other materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Pahel Pakistan and SHE – Satrang Handicraft Enterprise, unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
